Donation Requirements

 

  • Gray hair is accepted!

  • Non-chemically treated hair is preferred but any hair in good condition will be accepted!

  • Hair must be clean and dry, ponytailed or braided

  • New! Register your hair donation right here online! OR download a form to print

  • Donors are emailed a personalized certificate of appreciation!

  • Secure your cut hair with a rubberband or ponytail holder

  • Place dry hair in a zip lock bag and mail it to us

  • To donate, hair must be 8" or longer

Before we continue, can you spare more hair? Children with hair loss greatly appreciates all hair donations that are a minimum of 8″ however, we have many requests from recipients for longer hair replacements that require hair donations of 12″ or longer. If you can grow your hair a bit longer before donating, it will help us most in our mission!
